Without limiting the above, no Science Daily content may be entered into a database or other organizational structure without the prior written consent of Avisky.

Right to Discontinue Feeds
Avisky may modify or remove the list of available RSS feeds (or the content in the feeds) at any time without notifying you. Additionally, Avisky reserves the right to revoke RSS syndication privileges at any time, for any reason or for no reason.

Indemnification
